Indiana Judge Caught Having Sex With Her Client in Prison

 A female judge is facing 4 disciplinary charges for engaging in sexual relationship with her client, a prison inmate.

Lisa Traylor-Wolff is a senior judge serving in Pulaski and Fulton Counties in Indiana. In Indiana judges are allowed to represent clients on part time bases.

So Wolff was appointed to represent a 26-year-old convicted prison inmate serving a 40-year prison term  in Miami Correctional Facility  who had appealled his sentence.

Scott Wampler and Traylor-Wolff began an affair and ate the forbidden fruit in a sitting attorney-client visiting room in prison last summer. 

If found guilty the supreme court she could be reprimanded or banned from holding a judicial office in Indiana for life.

She is accused of violating restrictions that prohibits sexual contact between a lawyer and his client, forbids a lawyer representing a client if there is reasonable doubt the representation will be materially limited by a personal interest of the lawyer,and requires a judge to promote confidence in the integrity of the judiciary and avoid impropriety. She is also accused of undermining the independence, integrity and impartiality as a judge   

 My father warned me that under no circumstances should I mix business and pleasure. Both should be separated from each other.
