Seal files a response
to Heidi Klum’s divorce petition on the 10th April. It seems like
the couple are heading for divorce dispute over their assets. They disagreed in
almost everything. Setting a plot for divorce show-down
While Heidi claims
there is postnuptial agreement, Seal in his papers states there is no
postnuptial agreement.
Heidi also wants the
judge to deny Seal spousal support and Seal wants to deny spousal support to
Seal. Chances of them getting spousal support is lean since both of them are
well to do.
Another area of
disagreement is on the custody of their four children. Heidi asks for physical
custody of their four children with visitation rights to Seal. But Seal wants a
joint physical custody.
There is even
disparity on the date of separation. She stated that the date of separation was
January 19, 2012. Seal however, claims that the date is yet undetermined.
A lot of money is on
line here. It is estimated that Heidi is worth $70 million. Seal’s asset is
said to be around $15 million.
The couple separated in January and Heidi filed for divorce from Seal,
after almost seven years of marriage on the 6, April.
I love this couple. Its
unfortunately they are divorcing. I hope they would be matured about it for
their children. It’s really sad.
