A police
officer who worked as a motorcycle escort for the United States officials and
dignitaries allegedly threatened to kill United State’s first lady, Michelle
Obama on Wenesday, July 11.
The motorman reportedly said he would kill Michelle
and used his mobile phone to show the type of firearm he would use in the
operation. He made the comments during a meeting as several officers from the
Special Operations Division discussed threats against President Barack Obama.
An officer overheard the alleged threat and reported
it to the police leutnant who subsequently notified his superiors.
A statement from the washington D C metro police
department said "We received an allegation that inappropriate
comments were made. We are currently investigating the nature of those
comments."
The threat should be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. I hope it turns out untrue.
